Austrian Wellness Adventure
September 19-23rd

Overview

Embark on an unforgettable wellness journey in Austria, where you'll immerse yourself in the charm of a small town nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Our base will be St. Johann in Tirol, a picturesque town of fewer than ten thousand residents, renowned as the birthplace of the original Knödelfest Dumpling Festival, which began in 1982. During the festival, you'll indulge in a variety of delicious Knödels, enjoy lively music, sip on refreshing beers, and have the option to don traditional attire—though it's optional, it's highly recommended for the full experience!

Beyond the festivities, the Austrian Wellness Adventure will offer a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. You'll explore the stunning alpine scenery through hikes and e-bike rides, unwind in saunas and spas, engage in guided meditation sessions, savor delightful meals, and enjoy meaningful conversations with fellow travelers.
